I haven't blogged in forever so This is my attempt at catching up.. My oldest daughter had a Birthday in March, the theme was Amelia in wonderland! When they arrived the all received an apron with their name on it that I made and embroidered then into the back yard they went to play some Crockett. ha ha they had never even seen Crockett before, I found a set at salvation Army for $14.
Then they went inside for pizza and a movie. They watched the old school Alice in Wonderland that I found at a flea market for $2. They also received the rest of their goodies... a tea pot ring, bunny ears, and an Alice in Wonderland wand!
Then on to the main event! They had a "tea Party" but instead of tea and biscuits The girls enjoyed cupcakes, sugar cookies, and Chocolate milk.I searched every thrift store and flea market for all the table decoration with the exception of some of the candles and holders that I bought at Hobby Lobby, on clearance of course. I covered the table with cute fabric and covered the back of the chairs with pillow cases I found at Salvation Army. I also found a bunny, little mouse, a cat that I took the face off of and made it look like the Cheshire cat. I struck gold at all the flea markets, finding all the cute mixed matched cups and saucers and tea pots. The cute invitation you see displayed on the table if made by my good friend Heather Carr, who does all my invitations, the cutest invites you have ever seen!
